Registration process
- 01Complete and submit the official Club Registration Form at www.kigalicitycup.com or via info@kigalicityfc.com.
- 02Receive Registration Confirmation and Official Payment Invoice within 48 hours.
- 03Pay USD $1,000 via bank transfer to the designated Kigali City Cup account before 30 June 2026.
- 04Submit Proof of Payment to info@kigalicityfc.com with your club name in the subject line.
- 05Receive your Official Participation Pack — accreditation, match schedule and logistics guide.
Squad rules · Each club must submit a squad list of 15–25 players plus staff details within 7 days of confirmation. All players must hold valid travel documents and be medically cleared for competitive football. Travel and accommodation are each club's responsibility — recommended hotel partners provided on request.
